How to Take Linagliptin and it's Dose

It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

PO- The recommended dose is 5 mg once daily.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with history of high blood ketone levels, type 1 diabetes, and hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Linagliptin

This medication is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor, prescribed for type 2 diabetes.
