How to Take Cyclopentolate and it's Dose


It comes as eye drops to instill into the affected eyes as directed by your physician.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adult: Ophthalmic- Mydriasis and cycloplegia for diagnosis: As 0.5% solution: Instill 1 drop; may repeat 5-15 minutes later. Uveitis; Iritis: As 0.5% solution: Instill 1-2 drops up to 4 times/day.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with untreated narrow-angle glaucoma and hypersensitivity.
