How to Take Bosentan and it's Dose

It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Initial: The recommended dose is 62.5 mg twice daily for 4 weeks. Maintenance dose is 125 mg twice daily.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in pregnant women, co-administration with cyclosporine A and glyburide may increase the risk of liver damage; hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Bosentan

This medication is an endothelin receptor antagonist, prescribed for pulmonary atrial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs).
