Drug Name : Felbamate

Indication : Felbamate is an anticonvulsant drug. It is mostly used in patients with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome with multiple seizure types.


Normal Values : 20-80 g/mL
Critical Values : No critical value is established.


Test Method : High performance liquid chromotography (HPLC).


Side effects : Adverse effects are anorexia and headache, and may reduce when the dose is lowered. Sometimes serious effects like Aplastic anemia and Liver damage can also occur.
