    Adult: Oral- Initial- 2 mg once daily, up to 4-6 mg/day if needed.

    Side effects of Sinopril (2mg)

    Central Nervous System: Headache, dizziness, weakness and mood disturbances.

    Heart: Flushing, palpitations and chest pain.

    Miscellaneous: Rash, nausea, urinary frequency and muscle cramps.

    How to use Sinopril (2mg)?

    It comes as a tablet to take by mouth with or without food.

    When Should Sinopril (2mg) not be taken? (Contraindications)

    Contraindicated in patients with heart attack and shock due to heart failure.
