Dosage & When it is to be taken (Indications)

Adult: Oral- 25 mg/kg 3 times/day, up to 100 mg/kg/day.

How to use Kelfer (500 mg)?

It comes as a capsule to take by mouth, with or without food.

When is Kelfer (500 mg) not to be taken? (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with abnormal decrease in white blood cells.

Warnings and Precautions for Kelfer (500 mg)

Caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver and kidney impairment, decrease in blood counts, during pregnancy and lactation.

• Monitor blood counts regularly.

Other Precautions for Kelfer (500 mg)

Stop the medication if neutrophil count decreases.

Storage Conditions for Kelfer (500 mg)

Oral: Store it at room temperature (30°C).
