Adults: The recommended dose is 25 to 75mg per day in divided doses.
Central Nervous System :
Drowsiness, headache, GI upset, unsteadiness, headache, depression dizziness and incoordination.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation, loss of appetite or increased appetite and stomach pain.
Weight gain, perspiration or allergic reactions and urinary difficulty or retention.
It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with food.
Contraindicated in patients with Parkinson's disease, newborns, and hypersensitivity.
Caution should be exercised in patients with history of low blood pressure, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
It may cause dizziness or drowsiness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication.
Avoid excess dosage.
Store it at room temperature (25°C).
