Overview of Margetuximab

Margetuximab is an anticancer agent indicated for the treatment of breast cancer. It should be used along with chemotherapy for treating adults with HER (human epidermal growth factor receptor)-2 positive breast cancer that has spread to other places, who have received two or more prior regimens. HER2-positive breast cancer is cancer that tests positive for a protein named human epidermal growth factor receptor 2.
