The decision came after a lower court in Haryana cancelled the registration of Krishan Gopal Garg's nursing home in Palwal district of Haryana. Girish Tyagi, registrar of Delhi Medical Council, said, "We have cancelled the registration of Krishan Gopal Garg from the Delhi Medical Council for five years. We will also send a circular to all other state medical councils of the country, so that he can't be allowed to practice during the duration."
