How to Take Timolol Ophthalmic and it's Dose


It comes as eye drops to instill into the affected eyes as directed by your physician.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

The usual starting dose is one drop of 0.25 percent solution in the affected eye(s) twice a day.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with overt heart failure, cardiogenic shock, asthma, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and hypersensitivity.
