Health Minister said a special officer for each of Jainoor, Sirpur and Narnoor mandals is being appointed to supervise the effort in control of fevers.

A special officer for each of the mandal is being appointed to supervise the effort in control of fevers. He also said there is a sufficient stock of medicines to control malaria or any other seasonal disease occurring in the tribal villages.
At the Jainoor Primary Healthcare center, he asked doctors and medical staff to be extra vigilant and put in extra efforts to prevent deaths. He ordered shifting of a few patients from the Ushegaon PHC to RIMS, Adilabad. He later visited the RIMS hospital to take stock of the situation with regard to outbreak of fevers.
At Utnoor community health center, the Health Minister asked doctors to work concertedly in controlling deaths and stressed on the grassroots level staff to create awareness among tribal people on shunning superstitious practices.
