EEG interface, the XWave, from PLX Devices, can be used with iPhones and iPads as a controller for games, meditation training and other future uses not invented yet.

Even hardly discernible electrical impulses in the brain are sensed by the brain-computer interface (BCI), and are converted to digital signals that the iPhone registers. Although, earlier, NeuroSky technology was used in computer games and toys, recent applications involve converting brain rhythms to graphics to study attention and meditation.
There exists a whole range of applications of XWave that are yet to be explored.
