 Interesting Trend of Fusing Surnames Amongst Couples

Many hundreds of British married couples are now combining their surnames in a new trend.

'Meshing', as it called has gained popularity among newlyweds and to give you an example of what it is all about, names of couple, Mr.Pugh and Miss Griffin  after meshing will be Mr and Mrs. Puffin.

Nearly eight hundred British couples have had their surnames meshed this year.  

"Meshing has changed from once being a rare novelty to now being noted as being one of the main reasons couples may use a Deed Poll to change their names," said Claudia Duncan, an officer at the UK Deed Poll Service.
