Eating bread is safe for your health contrary to the number of warnings that claim your health could be at risk.

A recent study conducted in 2010 revealed that people who include a high quantity of bread in their diet were twice more likely to develop heart diseases.
However lead researcher Dr Aine O’Connor said that white bread was being unfairly “demonized” and added, “Health professionals need to dispel the myths. Bread is an important source of nutrition.”
