Glossary

Saturated fats: A fat which is solid at room temperature and comes chiefly from animal food products.

Temporal Lobe: It is involved in vision, memory, sensory input, language, emotion and comprehension.

Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF): It is a clear, colourless fluid found in the brain and spine.

Neurotransmitter: They are the chemicals in our brain that communicate information throughout our brain and body.
