I get severe pain in the middle of chest. Mostly during mid night. The pain lasts for about an hour. Also a constant mild pain remains during most part of the day. I used to take tab Ranitidine 250 mg twice a day. I started taking Capsule Omiprazole 20 mg daily before first meal. May I request for your kind advice

I am always getting pains around the centre of my chest If ive lifted somthing heavy it does tend to happen and the pain moves around fir weeks but i can feel acidy diwn my digestive track at the same time Its been on and off fir years and really would love to no what it is as i now get quiet paniky about it wene it happens anti flamitrys do help Thanks Chris
