How to Take Desipramine and it's Dose

It comes as a capsule and tablet to take by mouth, with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

PO- The usual adult dose is 100 to 200 mg per day.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with heart attack, co-administration with MAOI’s or within 14 days of treatment with MAOI’s and hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Desipramine

This medication is an antidepressant, prescribed for depression.
