Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), prescribed for fever and to relieve pain and swelling in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.

It blocks the action of cyclo-oxygenase responsible for causing pain and inflammation.

Acetaminophen or paracetamol helps to reduce fever and to relieve a headache with mild to moderate pain.

It is also used with other pain medications to treat low back pain, osteoarthritis, cold, and toothache.

Alfacalcidol related to vitamin D used as a supplementation for treating vitamin D deficiencies such as osteomalacia and rickets. It helps to treat low calcium level in the blood and bone disorders caused by parathyroid disease and kidney failure.

Atenolol blocks beta-1 receptors, which are present on the heart. This prevents the action of nerve chemicals adrenaline and noradrenaline on the heart. As a result, heart beats at a slower rate and with lesser force, and thus pumps out lesser blood into blood vessels. This action of atenolol reduces blood pressure in the hypertensive patients. Since the heart treated with atenolol beat slowly and with less force, it uses lesser energy thus relieving pain in angina and also reduces the risk of heart attack.

This medication is a chemical antiseptic, prescribed for gingivitis, cleansing skin and wound areas.
