This medication is an anti-diarrheal indicated for the symptomatic relief of non-infectious diarrhea in adult patients with HIV/AIDS on anti-retroviral therapy.

What is the dosage of Crofelemer?

Adult- PO- The recommended dose is 125mg two times per day.

How should Crofelemer be taken?

It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with or without food.
