L&T Insurance's flagship health insurance policy, my:health Medisure Prime Insurance, has been awarded 'Product of the Year 2012' for its outstanding and distinctive features.
The plan emerged a clear winner in the General Insurance category as per the largest face-to-face, national survey conducted by Nielsen, a leading global research firm.
'Product of the Year' award is a global consumer recognition standard that rewards the best innovations in retail products in various countries.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Joydeep Roy, CEO & Wholetime Director, L&T Insurance said, 'This award is especially significant as it is a choice made by over 30,000 consumers across 36 markets in India.
