It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, at bedtime.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adult- PO- The recommended dose is 25-50 mg at bedtime.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Hypersensitivity.

This medication is a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA), prescribed for depression, and nocturnal enuresis.
