Americans are increasingly orienting themselves to video games, highlights a new poll conducted by Iposs, a leading international polling firm.
According to the poll conducted on 3, 024 American adults, nearly 40% of the respondents admitted that they enjoyed video games. This approximates to a total of 1,046 gamers, taking into consideration the sampling error as well.
Most adults either use a computer, a playstation or a console such as Xbox. Surprisingly, minorities and young adults are more likely to indulge in video games. In the same group nearly 45% described themselves as an online gamer.
