Vegetable Heart Mosaic in India Sets Guinness Record
The world's largest vegetable mosaic- heart shaped and measuring around 5,166 square feet has entered to the Guinness World Record.
The mosaic was created from different vegetables during the 69th annual conference of the Association of Physicians of India (APICON).

"The mosaic created here broke the record of Inami-town World Record Challenge (4,327 square feet 10 inches) at Inamino Sports Centre in Kako, Japan," said Apicon organising secretary G.S. Wander.

Wander said that the idea to create the mosaic was to spread the message that a diet rich in vegetables has low calories, low fat and is rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.

"Use of vegetables keeps the body healthy. We should not eat fast food and junk food and go back to our traditional diet. Those who eat vegetables have less diabetes, heart attacks and hypertension," he said.

The vegetables used in the heart mosaic will be distributed to various charitable organisations.
