 Survey Finds How
It has become difficult for couples to make their marriage work under all that pressure with the stressful lives that professionals lead today.
However, Huffington Post has come-up with some prescription for a happy marriage, which was offered by almost everyone during a survey of hundreds of long-married older people.

People married 40, 50, 60 and more years told the publication that married couples should always resolve their differences before they wind up in bed at the end of the day.

Of all the things we can do to keep a marriage strong, it important to make sure anger is put to bed before we are on bed because most things that couples disagree upon aren't worth more than a day's combat, it said.

It is important to work out all those little irritations and learn to let it go, it added.

Based on decades of experience, the elders advised not to hold grudges as for long-married elders, carrying something over days are a warning sign of an even greater danger.

It was suggested that the best thing one can do while going on the bed is to say "I love you."
