A new survey has shown that two in three Britons are too tired to have sex.
The poll for night-time cramp treatment Crampex found that most Britons steer clear of making love because they are just too exhausted.
Half of those surveyed admitted to being regularly woken by their partner's sleeping habits and three out of four felt tired every morning.
The poll also found that two-thirds lay down wide awake worrying and a quarter took time off work because they were excessively drained.
The survey showed that half got less than six hours sleep a night and a fifth used booze or pills to make them fall asleep, reports The Sun.
After assessing the results, sleep expert Dr Chris Idzikowski warned that Britain was heading for "an exhaustion meltdown."
