However the survey, sponsored by Kwal garlic supplement, said that some 37% of the 1,752 adults surveyed said they felt too exhausted to have sex at the end of a long, hard day. The survey also found that 85% of the respondents had sex only in the bedroom, while 64% had sex with lights switched off.
"The results highlight that maintaining a healthy lifestyle, together with taking care of your heart, could keep your sex life on track," said Iain Laing of Kwal garlic supplement.
The survey also found that 24% felt their health was already weak, while 70% felt they were fat. Some 60% of the over-45 group admitted they did not feel sexy at all.
