Room Color Influences Activities Such as Sex
A survey carried out by hotel chain Travelodge in UK reveals that the color of your bedroom does have an influence on your activities, such as sleep or sex.
Around 2,000 people took part in the survey which found that painting your bedroom in grey, brown or purple color led to lack of sleep while those who painted their rooms with calm colors, such as yellow, blue or green, had the best sleep.

Other colors that are not good for sleep include brown, grey, gold and red. Painting your bedroom in red also led to couples having less sex compared to those who painted it in caramel color.

“Room color does influence your mood and set the tone for your living environment. Therefore, it's important to choose a bedroom décor that will help you relax and induce sleep”, Travelodge interior designer Francis Whitley said.
