While a very large number of teenagers starve themselves in order to look like Barbie, a new study reveals that if Barbie had been a real woman, she would have been forced to walk on all fours as she would not have been able to carry her oversized head.
The study, conducted by Rehabs.com, revealed that having a figure like Barbie was anatomically impossible.

The researchers analyzed data from a previous study, published in 1996, titled 'Ken and Barbie at Life Size', which compared the proportions of Barbie's body with that of an average American woman.
The researchers found that Barbie's waist and hips would have been 19 and 11 inches smaller than the average American woman while her head would have been two inches wider. Her body would not have been able to hold all of her vital organs in her body while her ultra thin ankles and feet meant that she would have been forced to walk on all fours.
