Neotropical Blueberries Have High Antioxidant Content

Blueberries have always been touted as healthy fruits. Now a new study indicates that neotropical blueberries found in Mexico, Central and South America have a higher level of antioxidants than the US blueberries.

The new study by Edward Kennelly and colleagues has called this variety of blueberries as super fruits and said they have the potential to "be even more highly promising edible fruits."
