Having an extra-marital affair could be just the thing to boost your mood and improve your marriage, a shocking new survey has found. An extra-marital dating site illicitencounters.com has claimed that going behind your partner's back with someone else could make you happier, improves your marriage and boosts your confidence, the Daily Star reported.

According to the bizarre survey, 89 per cent of people, who are actively looking for an affair outside their marriage, have confessed that it has made them feel happier.

The survey also revealed 78 percent of the people felt their marriage had improved since joining the site which facilitates affairs, and 69 per cent of women and 82 percent of men admitted that they would cheat if they knew they could avoid being caught.
