Many people unwind after a day of stress with a tipple in the hand, a recent poll has revealed.

Nearly 73% of women and 26% of men said that they drink to relieve stress.
Experts are of the opinion that when people drink at home there is a chance to over indulge. This is indeed harmful for the body.
There are other healthy ways to combat stress, for instance breathing exercises, reading, cultivating hobbies and spending time with family.
