About - Pus From Ureteric Orifice usually happens with Kidney infection and /or obstruction possibly due to sloughed papillae or stone in the ureter.

Diagnosis - Kidney may appear swollen on scanning with obstruction. Patient may have features of infection with fever, vomiting and raised inflammatory markers and may have impaired kidney functions

Treatment - Drainage of kidney (PCN / STENTING) and removal of obstructing caused by surgery.
