Central nervous system:
Symptoms of opioid withdrawal which may include increased sweating or tear formation, chills, flushing, increase in heart rate, fever, sneezing, yawning, anxiety, agitation, tremor, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.
Hives, itching, trouble with breathing, chest tightness or bronchospasm
Other Precautions :
• The risk-benefit ratio must be considered in patients who are treated with naldemedine because of the possibility of digestive tract perforation or the opioid withdrawal symptoms.
