Dosage & When it is to be taken
Adult: PO- As Na: 360-480 mg 3 times/day. Maintenance: 120-240 mg 3 times/day. IV- As Na: Initial: 600-1,200 mg/day via slow injection for 5-10 days, then 300 mg/day for 10-20 days.When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)
