This medication is a disinfectant, used as a skin cleanser and also for preventing the spread of infection. It kills certain types of bacteria.

Contraindicated in patients with burned or denuded skin, and hypersensitivity.

Topical- Wet hands with water and apply 5 mL of this medication over the palm of hands and arms.

It comes as a scrub to apply topically as directed by your physician.
