This combination medication contains antipsychotic and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), prescribed for depression associated with bipolar disorder.

It should not be co-administered with Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOI), pimozide, thioridazine.

* Avoid contact with people who have infections that may spread to others.
