Adult- IV- The recommended dose is an initial 510 mg, followed by a second 510 mg infusion 3 to 8 days later.

* Caution should be exercised in patients with history of low blood pressure, who are on dialysis, any allergy, who are taking other medications, children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.* It may cause dizziness or lightheadedness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication.
