The only way to avoid STD is not to have sex at all. There is no other way. The current prevalence of HIV/AIDS and Chlamydia makes it difficult on today's youngsters. Sexual hygiene is seldom impressed on and one should wash the genital area a few times like you wash your face but don't scrub it with soap etc. It helps to lessen the chances of infection.

the only way is not to have sex at all? maybe u say it coz u are a virgin. trust me, if you experience for the first time, you wont be able to stop! esp if you are with a love of your life. i think the tips of safe sex described above are very good, and its important to get yourself checked by doctor regularly.

i dont how stupid some one could be to say such a silly comment by avoiding sex, STDS can be avoided.the above article has clearly explanied about STDs and still some one cannot be so so ignorant about the fact and makes no sensereading the article.i believe prema might have had a bad history of sex life that makes her comment so,
