Posted on: 05/21/2009 The only way to avoid STD is not to have sex at all. There is no other way. The current prevalence of HIV/AIDS and Chlamydia makes it difficult on today's youngsters. Sexual hygiene is seldom impressed on and one should wash the genital area a few times like you wash your face but don't scrub it with soap etc. It helps to lessen the chances of infection.
