Dr. Jan Prins who is a professor at the University of Hawaii and the director of the Aquatics Research Laboratory. He has now established an aquatic physical therapy clinic in Colombo, Sri Lanka, bringing the program to the country of his birth.
Dr. Jan Prins is one of the pioneers of aquatherapy: the water-based physical therapy for helping people with painful, debilitation orthopedic or neurological conditions regain strength and movement.
