Risk of Parkinson's Disease with Hepatitis B & C Infection
The hepatitis B and C viruses are spread through infected blood as well as through other body fluids of the infected individual. Dr. Julia Pakpoor, the study author from The University of Oxford said, that since the development of Parkinson's disease is complex and involves both environmental and genetic factors, it is possible that there are many ways by which hepatitis infections could be associated with Parkinson's.
