Scientists at Britain's University of East Anglia now have enough reason to advice people to consume foods that contain Vitamins C, E and selenium as it can reduce the risk of pancreatic cancer.

Researchers said that there is a 67% reduction in the risk of cancer among those who consume antioxidants in sufficient amounts.

The study also found that those who took the highest amount of selenium in a week were benefitted by a 50% reduction in risk of cancer.

Fish, cereals, nuts and meat are rich in selenium. Fruits and vegetables have ample Vitamin C. Vitamin E can be found in nuts, egg yolk, and vegetable oils.
