Women with High Heels attract more Men: Study
Women who wear high heels can get an easy help from men and can also elicit more attention from them, revealed a new study.
Lead researcher Nicolas Gueguen from Université de Bretagne-Sud in France found that as the height of the women’s shoe heels increased, men willingness to help them also increased. Though, it did not have any effect on women’s response.

“Women’s shoe heel size exerts a powerful effect on men’s behaviour,” said, the scientist behind the study.

As part of the study, few women stood on the street and requested passersby to complete a survey. When the women were wearing flats, just 25 out of 60 men (42 per cent) agreed to fill in the survey. When the women wore two-inch heels, 36 of 60 men (60 per cent) were willing to complete the survey. And when the women wore the four-inch heels, the figure went up to 49 out of 60 men (82 per cent).

In the second part of the experiment, the women were asked to drop a glove on the street. This time also the pattern was the same. Just 62 per cent men picked up the glove and returned when the women were in flats. And 92 per cent men helped return the gloves when the women were in heels.

“High heels were associated with greater sexiness, overall physical attractiveness, breast attractiveness, beauty, attractiveness to other men, and willingness for a date,” Dr Guéguen told The Huffington Post.
