 How Resolve Breaks Among Dieters
A recent research has pointed out that nearly half of those who embark on a diet to lose weight do not have enough resolve to carry it through and drop out within a week and some after a month.
It was found that nearly 50% of the dieters were unable to hold on to their eating habits for more than a month, according to a survey.

Dieticians are of the opinion that people must not lose heart when they do not see quick results in their weight loss program. It takes time for the body to settle in with the new diet plan and for weight loss to kick in. The key is to have adequate self-control and determination to see it through.
