Doctors Cut Right Arm of Baby During C-section Leading to Death
Doctors at Pannadhay Government Hospital in Udaipur cut off a newborn baby's hand during a caesarian operation, resulting in the death of the baby. District collector, Udaipur, Anant Kumar, has formed a four-member committee to look into the incident.

The inquiry committee headed by Doctor Sharda Goyal of RNT Medical College did not find any negligence on part of the doctors. Even the doctors have denied these allegations, saying the baby was born prematurely and might have had a fracture as well.

The baby was born to Ranjeet Kumar and his wife Babli, who are residents of Rajsamand district. The doctors allegedly cut the right arm of the baby resulting in heavy bleeding leading to its death.
