Former model, Heather Mills will reportedly appear in a 50-minute talk and cookery demo, 'Converting Carnivores', at The Incredible Veggie Show in London's Royal Horticultural Halls, later this month.
It seems the estranged wife of Beatles legend, Sir Paul McCartney, will follow in the footsteps of the music legend's first wife, late Linda McCartney to become a vegetarian guru.A source said that leaflets featuring the animal rights activist have been sent out, and that the show will describe how 'vegan cooking' will make non-vegetarians beg for more vegetarian food.
The source added that Mills' show will also have a talk on being a vegan. "Heather is on the front cover of a leaflet that has been sent out.
The event will describe easy vegan cooking that leaves even the meatiest appetite begging for more and will consists of a talk, 'Why I'm A Vegan,'" the Daily Express quoted the source, as saying.
