She believes that dieting should not be a punishment to our bodies. It should just be a balance between the food we love and the food we need. Diet is not a crash course which will make us achieve our goals and then be forgotten. It is a healthy way of life that can be easily followed. She believes that each individual needs a special customised diet and helps them in achieving their goal. She has done an M.Sc. in Biochemistry and a P.G. in Nutrition & Dietetics.currently working at Gastrocare Hospital, Kalyan taking care of the diet of surgical patients.
