The PTCB national Pharmacy Technician Certification Examination (PTCE) isthe only certification program for pharmacy technicians accredited by theNational Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). NCCA accreditationrepresents an independent audit by certification industry experts and ensuresthat PTCB's certification program adheres to current standards of practice inthe certification industry. The PTCE is recognized by the NationalAssociation of Boards of Pharmacy, major employers, pharmacy techniciansnationwide, and state boards of pharmacy. The PTCE is delivered throughPearson Professional Centers in all 50 states, and is included in regulationsof 30 states.
