Women Urged To Beware of Sex Stimulant In Drinks

Women have been warned to beware of having a drink with new male friends, as their drinks might be spiked with sex stimulants which would make them easy targets for rape.

According to the Harian Metro, the stimulants, which come in powdered form in sachets, are commonly used by men in Kuala Terengganu.

A man named Ejoe, 25, said the powder was extremely dangerous for women as they could be lulled into sex a few minutes after consuming it.

"I know of a friend who gave the spiked drink to a woman he had just met. Less than 15 minutes later, the woman invited him to have sex without being asked to," the Star Online quoted the man as claiming.

A reporter who managed to purchase the sachet for RM15 from a Thai trader was told that he must use it only once to ensure its "effectiveness".
