High- sugar diet consumed by father can also lead to obesity in kids, reveals a study.

The study conducted by Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics discloses that if the man intakes sugar contents before making out then he may passes his obesity to his son as heredity.

Anita Ost, researcher at Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics, who compared human tendency of gaining heredity with fruit flies, explained that when father has extreme sugar values in his diet there it have the greatest consequences for the next generation.

Researchers observed that minor changes done in the diet of male fruit flies triggers obesity in the next generation, specifically high-sugar nutrition consumed one to two days before making out causes the male offspring to accumulate more body fat, but only if the young insects have a particularly high-sugar diet.

The study included that fathers' diet had no impact on sons that only consumed a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
