Can I do suryanamaskar on third day of period.is a brisk walk is ok before suryanamaskar.I am a biggenner like I am doing it from last 15 days.now I can do 20 sets at a time but I don't sweat much may be because of winters.

Surya Namaskar also known as Sun Salutation is a set of 12 dynamic exercises. It is an age-old yogic practice which contributes to mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
